no argument intended...just interested in why the 8051/52 is
apparently the industry standard...and why analog devices
(and now to my learning) others "prefer" this over another.

too bad you did not get the aduc812 sample..still have to
put power to mine..it only comes in a pqfp package
(presently) and now in process of making a pcb adaptor
to get the pins to .05 centers...the serial download is
a nice feature...

also--watch for zilog in last quarter this year--suposed
to release a similar all in one..
