I want to thank you all for the help!!

I think it's also a better idea to use a uP that has I2C already in it self.

Still if someonebody can send me some examples about how to make a user interface it would help alot!! (and maybe also driving a LCD screen of some lines.)

If i can't make it work you proberly will see me back here.....
