This person has clearly not yet learned the basics ... he's still floundering with 'C', and he's not yet read and understood the datasheets and user guides. He probably doesn't understand, fully, how the converter works, either.

He should be left alone in order to learn this stuff. That's why he's in school.

If you do his work for him, someone will be doing that for the rest of his life ... do you want it to be YOU?
