That parameter does physically exist, though. I also qualified my remark. I am sure you may know of a super high current 8051. However I doubt if there are any that match the ULN2803 500mA rating. It's apparent, though, that the O/P didn't read the '2803 datasheet, or look at its circuit diagram, else he'd have recognized that you can't sink 4 A through a 10 mA sink. RE |
