could this be it? Maybe ... ... a few minutes pass ... Nope. I just tried setting up PSW and ACC with an ADD instead of the two MOVs. Got the same result ... DA A didn't change the accumulator. (Actually, I would have been really, really, really surprised if the processor tries to keep track of the instructions that precede the DA A. But anything is possible, I guess.) -- Russ |
