Dear Asok (may I call you so?),
There is no need to call me Dr... But it's nice... :-) If you are able to read the value of flash and it is what you expect, then the problem must be hidden elsewhere. I'd expect a combination of hardware running "on the edge" and the possibly faster edges of signals of the AT89Sxx. However, issues like these are impossible to solve without having the actual hardware and software on hand. Jan Waclawek |
