Apart from the IDE in there not being one, the main problem people have with sdcc is that they try to compile kiel examples which use different keywords for the various dataspaces,once you make those changes it will quite happily compile kiel examples.
I have found that even converting from sdcc code to gcc for the AVR the only changes I needed to make were the dataspace nemonics nd the port access. I tried raisonance but it refused to install correctly on my machine so I thought that wasnt a good omen. |
