Flim-flam ... yes, there's plenty of that.
I remember one fellow at a major U.S. aerospace/defense contractor, who worked on a project until he encountered an aspect he couldn't solve, then found a slot on another project to move into and let someone else clean up his mess. What typically exposes the AppNote user is that fewer and fewer app-notes actually work. Often the underlying theory is flawed. RE |
