Well, right know I have to struggle with an application where noise is being transmitted via the input to output stray capacitances of an array of opto couplers! Difficult to solve, because I have been said to have no ground for the filtering. Well, if they don't allow me to do what is needed to do, they shall solve their problem by themselves...
