Just as what Jesus Raja said that he's a beginner.
Perhaps some DIY experiments can show the precision of microcontroller's internal timer compared with a 555, or the waste of using microcontroller's external interrupt for only driving a pin on and off. But perhaps if he didn't ask such questions to someone, he might not know how a microcontroller (or uC's external interrupt in this case) works. Perhaps what he need is someone who can teach him extensively or some beginner's tutorial (or datasheets) to read so he doesn't have to post such questions to forum. |
