Well, for some projects I have used F301 and F314 due requirements. It took me one of my weekends to read their datasheets and catch differences.
The problem there is that the datasheet is 350 pages and the differences are not highlighted or - even better - a separate chapter listing them. To catch all differences reading 350 pages is not a mundane task.

Did you "catch" that oscillator input is XTAL2, did you "catch" that RACP2 is there, but with a different name, did you "catch" that ...
