Sir,
The voltage at cathode is not 3.3V for me.It is constantly 0V.I don't know why it is not raising to some voltage when High is given to the port pin.The voltage at the collector pin of the transistor is 0V and at base is 0.65V. I don't know how to find whether there is internal diodes or not?Sorry,tell me a solution. |
