Hi.. U can use CL100 transistors arranged in common collector mode to drive the stepper motor. If ur stepper motor is 5 wire... connect one wire to +Vcc,(follow the data sheet of that respective stepper motor) and the the remanig wires or pins u have to connect to microcontroller via common collector arrangment what ever i said above. Here u need 4 CL100 transistors for thiese four wires.
