#106872 - can i use uln 2003an to drive dc motor |
hi frds,
i am santu studying final year of engg and i need to build mobile robot.progress of my work to date is as follows. firstly i have connect led to 89c51 and made to blink it for 1 second later i connected the dc motor to uln 2003 and from there i connected it to dc motor but i could make it run in either directions. can i use uln 2003 to drive dc motor.i am able to receive 4.5 volts and 10mamps current at microcontroller port but when i gave it to uln 2003 it gave 4.7 volts with same current and also gave 12 volts to uln 2003 Vcc pin but could get considerable amount of current at uln 2003 to drive dc motor. can any please help me out in this above matter. if i were to use stepper motor what should i do to make it run. |
