This is not enough! OK, so Windows has used the VID and PID to match the device with the previously-installed 2101 device.

Which doesn't make the '320 device actually WORK like a the 2101, as you probably didn't write any firmware to make it do so.

The other important thing is that you MUST set the Device Descriptor's bDeviceClass descriptor field to the proper class. Otherwise, you'll break driver matching.
