I gave you a prompt - you will need to start reading. I personally haven't tried to do what you want to do myself - If I was to, I would start to do a lot of reading to find out what to do. What you are attempting is not trivial - otherwise, why do you think there are chips like the CP210x? These were developed to make adding USB functionality easy. As for books, my first stop would be: Universal Serial Bus System Architecture by Don Anderson Mindshare Inc. I believe you can purchase an electronic copy of this over the web. This book will tell you about the mechanics of USB. You then need to understand how the CP210x works as Neil explained and write code to make your processor behave the same way. This information may have some commercial sensitivity - people may know how to do it and they will probably want to charge you for this information. |
