Afaik, for the non-12-clockers, besides Winbond which you are using, in DIL there are the Dallas chips (4- and 1-clocker), and an assortment of RD2's (Atmel, Philips, Winbond, SST). That's all.
The Dallas you said is not in 3.3V and the RD2's are 6-clockers, which is too slow for you. Conclusion: redesign necessary. JW |
