#110150 - >10 MIPS micro with 3.3V supply? |
I am looking for an MCU that can perform greater than 10 MIPS, perferably greater than 15 MIPS. I am currently using a W77LE516 that runs ~10MIPS, and I need something faster. Does anybody know of such a chip. It also needs to have 2 UARTS and be able to run on a 3.3V supply. I've looked into the Dallas 89C4cxx series, but these are 5V parts. I've also looked into the Si Labs MCUs, but these wont work either because they are not pin compatible with the 77LE516.
Thanks, Dave |
