Sorry, I should have mentioned the takeover. As Jan says, it might result in a FRAM based device, ultimately. And, guess what, they posted the loader today... Must have read my mind. Incidentally, their prices are good - better than the Winbond we currently use. And the 64k of flash Ram is useful (but only page (200h) erasable :-(
And their ISP code resides in the appl ROM area :-( a whopping C00h! - I need a full 64k... Dave |
