Yes, Ramtron's "GOAL" is to put FRAM into their newly acquired 80c51 companys micro's (Goal Semiconductors)... to pardon the pun!
Ramtron already licence the FRAM technology to other major micro silicon mfg's. One step at a time.. I have had a breif look at the RAMTRON 80c51's and they seem to be program via an I2c like bus. Regards Joe |
