Couldn't this be some marginal situation? E.g. what is the supply voltage (measured directly on pins using perhaps a 'scope to see eventual drops) during progrmming and runtime? Clock frequency? What number you enter as frequency when programming? Did you try 0? If not, try it. Is it necessary to remove code both from before and after the 4kB boundary? Does it fail also in a different board, maybe as "blinkey on a protoboard? Alternatively, couldn't you use a different RD2, e.g. P89V51RD2, AT89C51ED2? Jan Waclawek |
