connect the red wires to voltage rating of your motor(which i donot know) the remaining 4 wires will be in 2 sets. the wires on either side of red wire is a set. those two wires are not made high simultaneously. the output of controller(4i/o lines) is to be given to uln2803 and the 4 wires(other than red wires) are to be connected correspondingly to the uln2803 output.
