TF2 T2CON.7 Timer 2 overflow flag set by a Timer 2 overflow and must be cleared by software. TF2 will not be set
when either RCLK or TCLK = 1..

also, if you use auto reload
CLR TR2
MOV TH2,#-1000
MOV TL2,#-1000
SETB TR2
is superflous
