Sorry, my prinred version of "the bible" includes T2, evidently the web version does not.

as I stated: "most often, a '51 datasheet does not state what is in "the bible" only what is different". I did, at that time not check the AT89S8252 datasheet, but, lo and behold, it proves my statement to be true, it has pages galore on T2. So, I suggest you refer to the datasheet.
