Apart from an initial glitch (which was my fault, really) I've found it very simple.

If I order on Friday afternoon (our time), that still gives them most of Friday (their time) to ship the order, then it travels over the weekend, and arrives on Monday - which is the same as an order placed with Farnell or RS on a Friday!

I just have to give the nice UPS man a cheque for the VAT.

Simples!
