I found Andy Peters' LCD code useful in some recent stuff I was doing (http://www.latke.net/lcd/), and the Code Architect stuff is useful too (http://www.codearchitect.org/nxp/v2/) for LPC's and adaptable for other micros.
 Doesn't this question depend to an extent on the language you're coding in? It would definitely be difficult in assembler, but surely C is designed to encourage 'black box' code re-use?  |
