It's a bit confusing, both NTCs and PTCs are recommended for limiting of inrush currents sometimes. But what you need is definitely a NTC. ...

Resetable fuses are PTCs, used to limit the fault current to safe levels, in a circuit that normally has low current levels.
NTCs are for limiting inrush current in circuits that have high startup current and then have lower "running" current.
