I thought the "Average Speed" cameras were only (currently) used for speed limit enforcement (especially temporary limits) - not for traffic light control?
But I think Jez has insider information - so correct me if I'm wrong... For giving greens to emergency vehicles, don't they have transponders in the vehicle...? |
