#107234 - Something to dissipate .07 to 1.2 V |
I need Something that could dissipate 0.7 to 1.2 Volt but precisely. I could supply the Mixed circuit by 2.7 to 3.3V.
- I can use Diodes but since this would supply a Digital and Analog circuit which their consumption could vary between 10 to 200 mA this would lead to a very unstabilized supply. - I can use a Simple Linear regulator like LM317 but this also wouldn't work good cause LM317 will need at least 1.7V differential between the In/Out. - I can use a LDO , But they are a little pricey and 3.3V's are hard to find. This should be operable by a NPN a transistor I think. What are your suggestions ? Thanks in advance, Farshid |
