#104483 - weigh feeder details Responding to: ???'s previous message |
Thanks for ur replies
I dont know much about mechanics but Mech. Engineers says that the vibration is very less. I am using LTC2420 20 bit delta sigma ADC and taking 5 samples per second. If the belt is in stop condition i am getting steady ADC count (neglecting lower 8 bits & 30 point moving average filter) while belt running around 300 count variation is coming. Of course it may be from that minimum belt vibration. I have checked the same weigh feeder and loadcell amplifier with different weigh feeder controllers they are working fine. Waiting for replies Regards srinivas |
