In that case, there are plenty of books on 8051 and embedded 'C' - do the 'Search', see the 'Books' pages here, at Keil, etc, etc... Do you already know the 8051 architecture? The C51 Manual describes all its special features, and the uVision Getting Started Guide will give you a proper introduction to the tools, how they work, and how to use them - and includes some example projects to get you started.
