#97786 - AT89C2051 assistance needed |
Hello all
I have recently started a new project involving working on AT89C2051 microcontroller, in past I have used this micro chip with out any trouble but this time things are looking really gloomy. I have programmed the chip but I am unable to get full TTL signal at output. The best voltage I get at the output is 2.3V, I have tried everything and beleive me with everything I mean everything(according to my knowledge). I have checked different power supplies. Different boards, different programmes, different chips, different external supporting hardware, different logic, but after doing everything still I just can not get more than 2.3V at pins (when I send high signal in my logic). What could be the solution? Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Regards A Roben |
