Maybe you can use ULN2803A from Texas Instruments or any in this family.
It have a 8 independent TTL input and 8 Darlingthon outputs. 50 V 500 mA. Great for driving 8 open colector outputs. I saw application with driving MOSFET by it. Darek. |
