I'll use the low-side switching method, but may apply one of the newer automotive oriented IGBT's instead of the normal(?) transistor and MOSFET combination. I'm undecided. I was curious why there weren't specialized high-side driver packages having multiple inputs and isolation, but it's probably not important.
