All right Guys,
The relay is 12V. The problems were 2: 1) The power supply for the microcontroller has to be from a separated source (therefore I added a battery just for the micro...) 2) THE WIRE that was bringing the signals from the relay box to my microcontroller remote circuit didn't have a shield (so I changed it adding a grounded shield) Thank you for all your replies.
