That is not conductive to giving good advice. communication with slave because Tx and Rx is connected with MAX-232..... Slaves port are connectto the relay. . 1) why are you stuck on UART communication? 2) why does the expansion have to be slave uCs, why nou I/O expansion on master? 3) how many "relays" do you have tomdrive?
