Hello Alberto,
I have a found a way to reach MSN support ;-) If you are a MSN Hotmail Plus account holder, go to Hotmail , click Options -> Personal -> Billing. Once there, you can send a mail on the complaint to the support desk with your account ID. I have sent the complaint and I have been told that it will be handled ( not neccessarily solved )within 24 hours. Lets see - afterall we live on hopes. Have a nice Sunday. Raghu |
