Last week Microsoft withdrew support for the free Hotmail account blocking it from access via OutLook Express. Reason cited is security.
But users with Hotmail Plus accounts ( like me ) are supposed not to be affected. But I am and hence unable to send/recieve mail through OutLook Express. How to get this sorted out ? I am sure some of you might have had this problem also. PS: I am posting this here simply as a request for help from a known group of friends as all my efforts to contact / inform MSN help desk have failed. Thanks for your time. Raghu |
