#92341 - Try Flash Magic Responding to: ???'s previous message |
Sushil:
I use the 89V51RD2FA which is the PLCC version and code size is 18kB. I programmed it with Flash Magic (version 2.07) with the 89V51RD2FA in 6-clock mode. I find no problems with the chip. Assuming your code is OK, it seems you have a problem with either your chip or your programmer. I assume you have changed the chip, so to eliminate the programmer, try programming with Flash Magic either in your system or some other 8051 system which has a serial port. Peter |
