#92228 - Code banking (HUGE) xxx51+PSD834 Responding to: ???'s previous message |
Phillip,
First, thanks for you reply. I don“t understand why other users waste his time (expensive time) giving no answers. I have just learn in this forum that the 80251 is a 16 bit microcontroller. What a suprise ;-)!!!. Now, more seriously, maybe everybody understand my question in a few minutes. Our company has a embedded controller with a 80251 and PSD813F1 (128 Kb). The first idea was to program a simple controller (128Kb is enougth, but after 2 years, we are very close to the maximum code avaliable. With no hardware cost, only replacing PSD813F1 with an PSD834F2 I have 512Kb. That's the reason. Then, have you try to use code banking with an 80251 uC? Any ideas? Regards |
