First, I always appreciate your honest critque of our parts.
"1. Philips should be more specific for the full chip erase command (and/or the ROM bootloader should not have had this suicidal behaviour, rather it should reprogram boot vector automatically after performing full chip erase)" - I did not in the first bootcode and we later changed it - probably because of customer feedback. "2. FM should reprogram boot vector immediately after performing full chip erase " - ANDY ,from ESC, the author of FlashMagic reads this forum. Hopefully he will see this. |
