I forgot,gate counts are pretty much meaningless in FPGAs but you can recon on approx 10 thousand gates equivelent for a standard 8052 core with a pipelined multiplier/divider unit.A single cycle Multiplier/divider prolly bumps the equivelent gate count upto 15 thousand. |
