please tell, what is unclear.
I have implemented the algorithm given in the data sheet
and it works fine on both 89S53 and 89S8252.

Add the RST pin to the parallel port.
You must watch, that the RST pin was set as described
and then you must send the enable command.
After then programming can be done.

Also the serial programming fuse must be enabled
(default on a fresh device).
