I have installed Keil PK51, professional developers kit. I know it quite well, but I'm not familiar with other embeded C compilers. I've specialized in coding optimized routines (I have my asm listing window always opened to check the translation). I think this package is realy a good choice, for it has all the options you mentioned above, and there is coming new release in the near future: (windows shell uVision II and compiler version 6 with integrated debugger). So I suggest to wait and get this new version that is now on testing.
