It seems, you are not familiar with the baudrate calculation.
On using timer T1 you must load TH0 with -18 (SMOD=1) : 33e6 / 12 / 16 / 9600 = 18 The error is 0.5%. Up to 2% can be accepted. Please look at the manual for comprehensive informations. I suggest the Philips data book IC20. Peter |
