#1704 - Programming ISP/IAP Flash Microcontroller |
I'm designing a system where I wan't to
store the user's settings in a non-volatile memory. The philips P89C51RB2 microcontroller has a Flash which is In-system and In-application programmable. Does this mean that I can use the Flash to store data without external harware or serial comm. ? I'm hoping to avoid battery backed-up NVRAM by using this method. Please help soon. Thank you. |
