... then it is T89xxx NOT AT89xxx - it's a chip from the transient era, after Atmel acquired Temic, they produced the Temic chips under Atmel logo.
You need to have a look at the Temic datasheet, there are some minor differences between the two. JW PS. What is the signature of the chip? Do you use FLIP or a parallel programmer? |
