However the probability is low. If I flip 3 heads in a row, 4 , 5? Is it still random. The test is over time. After flipping a day or a week it is heads 50% of the time.
May applications want pseudo-random numbers, not random ones. After several 10's of heads they would assume a perfectly fair coin was fixed. While a 50 / 50 repeating pattern would seem more fair.
