Vaclav, just show us what you have done so far, in detail please. See it as a training how to write code in assembler, how to program the micro, how to draw a schematic, how to publish it here, how to check your design a.s.o. This blinking LED is very simple to realize.

And, as Jan already mentioned, your english is clearly understandable! In any case, English is THE international language and it's never too early to learn it.
