Vaclav, just show us what you have done so far, in detail please. See it as a training how to write code in assembler, how to program the micro, how to draw a schematic, how to publish it here, how to check your design a.s.o. This blinking LED is very simple to realize. And, as Jan already mentioned, your english is clearly understandable!
