#142331 - bootvector/status byte Responding to: ???'s previous message |
Marek,
How do you program the 'RC2 chip? Are you aware of the existence of bootloader entry mechanism? When the chip is factory-fresh, the bootvector/status byte is set so that the bootloader is entered automatically without pulling /PSEN low. You need to reprogram those to run user code. Btw. watch out not to load /PSEN even by an excessive capacitance at startup, as this could cause the hardware bootloader entry. JW PS. Please enter your location in your profile - are you from CZ/SK? |
